Customer Responsibilities

• Return equipment in the same condition as received.
• Report any damage or malfunction immediately.

Equipment Damage & Loss

Customers may be held responsible for any damage, misuse, theft or loss of rented equipment during the rental period. Repair or replacement costs may apply where necessary.

Payments

Rental charges must be paid according to the agreed rental terms. We reserve the right to refuse equipment release until payment requirements have been satisfied.

Delivery Services

Delivery and pickup services may be available depending on location and equipment type. Additional charges may apply for transportation services.

Limitation of Liability

Sajjad Hussain Building Equipment Rental shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use rented equipment.
